Troy S. Radunsky Legal Experience: Mr. Radunsky is an experienced trial lawyer. His clientele includes, but is not limited to general contractors, subcontractors, architects, self-insureds, insurers and many other national corporations within the construction industry. Mr. Radunsky's extensive experience also includes representing various corporations in products and premises liability matters. For the last six years, Mr. Radunsky also has been a licensed Cook County Arbitrator. Mr. Radunsky prides himself on keeping abreast of all the latest develops and legal issues within the construction industry by regularly attending and speaking at industry conferences and educational courses. He recently completed an OSHA 10- hour course on construction safety. Significant Recent Engagements: • Recently engaged by two reputable general contractors in breach of contract claim against local museum. • Obtained summary judgment on behalf of general contractor (upheld on appeal) in a multi-million dollar claim where plaintiff suffered a traumatic brain injury after falling off his motorcycle while traveling in a construction zone. • Acted as co-chair and achieved not guilty verdict on behalf of general contractor where plaintiff sustained serious orthopedic injuries and claimed diminished earning capacity after falling off a Perrys scaffold on a job site . • Successfully filed motion on behalf of contractor to dismiss third-party complaint alleging breach of contract and failure to indemnify. • Granted Motion to Dismiss in favor of local zoo based on violations of relevant statute of limitations and the Illinois Tort Immunity Act. Professional Memberships: Mr. Radunsky is a member of Associated General Contractors, Chicago Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Illinois Builders Association, Illinois Defense Counsel, and Illinois State Bar Association Education: Mr. Radunsky earned his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School, J.D., 1999. Mr. Rudnsky graduated from Arizona State University, cum laude. In 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
