Legal Experience: Mr. Lubinski practices in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. His experience includes construction litigation, premises liability, personal injury defense, workers compensation litigation, automobile accident defense, and dram shop litigation. He also handles a variety of other related matters such as subrogation claims, and claims involving underinsured/uninsured motorist coverage.

Mr. Lubinski has tried cases to verdict, and has handled many arbitrations in the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration system. He has also practiced before the Illinois Appellate Court.

Professional Memberships: Mr. Lubinski is a member of the Illinois Bar and is admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court. He is also a member of the Chicago Bar Association.

Education: Mr. Lubinski received his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University
