C. William Busse, Sr.

 

C. William Busse was the founder of Busse & Busse, P.C. He achieved the highest rating “AV” from his peers, as published by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. In his more than 50 years of legal experience, he handled all types of civil jury trials and arbitrations.

Legal Experience: Mr. Busse defended hundreds of personal injury liability cases, as well as fire, inland marine admiralty, and property damage claims. He obtained scores of jury verdicts in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Busse was a chair-qualified Certified Arbitrator for the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Program, and had extensive experience in various forms of alternative dispute resolution and arbitration.

Education: Mr. Busse received his Juris Doctor in 1951 from The John Marshall Law School. He engaged in post graduate studies in medical legal trial techniques and admiralty law.

Admitted to Practice: Mr. Busse was admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Trial Bar.
